True, never hurts to try again. If it doesn’t work I’d recommend taking your laptop to a local library to see if they can help. Or a shop if it is within your means and library isn’t an option!

Might not be useful but whenever I have a problem with my laptop I hold down the power button until it forcibly shuts down and then leave it over night or for a few hours and when I turn it on again it seems to be fixed. I’ve never had the same problem twice so🤷♂️
