I’d posted this on the other site about ‘My Next Life as a Villainess’. I don’t have the screen shots but another character’s name was spelled iirc 10 different ways over 2 episodes. And some of the episodes had these horrible captions & some had none & then randomly later eps had again.

In my experience they often don’t include a closed caption track at all on the (increasingly fewer) home releases.
