Sucks that normal people will take the fall for a dumb ass decision by their shareholders. 1,000 good workers out of a job in the worst job market probably since 2008, with no real hope of healthcare or any social safety net, and the CEO will just get a golden parachute.
Affected employees won’t learn their status until Tuesday, leaving them to wait and wonder through a long weekend.

The @50501movement.bsky.social protest in St. Paul yesterday was great! Lots of great conversations, lots of angry Minnesotans. The organizers said the march was one of the biggest the Twin Cities has ever seen!
