Head of MI6 says 'I've never seen the world in a more dangerous state' as he warns Russia would not stop if it wins in Ukraine
Sir Richard Moore, the head of MI6, said that if Russia wins in Ukraine, China would "weigh the implications, North Korea would be emboldened, and Iran would become still more dangerous".
