I've been extra social the past week, which I love and need, but today and tomorrow I'm watching Christmas movies and Sherlock Holmes while reducing my interactions. I'll be fine by Friday. It's like if you stare at a light too long, you see streaks so you have to close your eyes a minute to reset 😂

When I experience demand overload, my exec function is less limiting over my inhibition of what I'm feeling and I can get a bit reactive. Over time I learned to recognize this and spend a day or two watching comfort shows to let my nervous system return to baseline.

When I was a kid, I thought Mr Roger's trolly was what's depicted on the back of a penny.

It makes sense to a 4 year old why something so important would be on money 😂

I'm about half way into the HBO series and absolutely adore Amelia Rojas. She's fearless and resourceful. Sherlock is growing on me as the series unfolds. Kinda refreshing to see a novel take on the universe.
