Disabled people aren’t getting “free perks”. We’re forced to live below the poverty line despite the fact that having a disability means you incur additional expenses. Being sick costs a lot of money

We also can’t marry or cohabitate without losing benefits & being forced into financial dependency
At the heart of every attack on disability benefits is the myth disabled people “get perks”: a free car, loads of cash, a life off work. It misrepresents the reality of disability, whilst exploiting low wages and high living costs to make the public envy people in daily pain.

Calculate your BMR and take less calories than the daily required for weight loss. Low calorie intake comes with a risk, so better choose complex carbs with plenty of fibers, include ACV to get energy release slowly for a longer period

While intermittent fasting does magic to one, could lead to problems such as acid reflux, fainting or others if not done correctly. Hydration with essential minerals, having a healthy backup such as nuts and low gi fruits are essential. #fasting #GI #AcidReflux #ORS #health #GutHealth
Fat doesn't make you fat. Getting energy from fat is a good option than from easily digested carbs. Add good fats to your meals, but don't over heat it.
Intermittent fasting or calorie deficit dieting burns body fat effectively.

Do not drink calories!
No fruit juice
No sugary drinks

It's not just about the nutrient composition, it's about the glycemic index and the damage to our pancreas by insulin release pressure caused by glucose spike.

Drinking apple cider vinegar 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner helps release sugar slowly, controlling glucose and insulin spikes. Moreover, it provides sustained energy over a longer duration rather than a sudden spike, especially when your meal is high in carbs.
