This here is legit the reason why I don’t have a whole bunch of pics or videos from outings & gatherings. I’ve always been intentional about being fully present but it’s a double edged sword bc I be wanting something to look back at & reminisce on. Gotta find my balance😂
I have started purposely putting my phone in my pocketbook when I’m spending intentional time with friends and family
I miss the days when you can speak to a person and a phone isn’t in their hand
