I guess my experience was pre-COVID, before the city really gave up on enforcement. But the more of an eyesore it is the more motivated they'll be, imo

surprised it hasn't been tagged. There was an enormous shipping container taking up two street parking spots on my Mid-Wilshire block for months but when it got fully covered with tags they finally got it out
