The biggest barrier for a lot of people (myself included) to working out is going to the gym. If you instead can just go down to your basement, the time commitment and mental barrier goes down enormously.

If you do a 45 minute strength workout consisting of 4 sets of each of those things three days a week, you will see a ton of progress in three months.

I personally mix in a couple peloton rides during the week for cardio as well.

Home gym for sure. All you really need to be able to do for strength are: pushups, pull ups, planks, bicep curls and crunches. The only equipment you really need for all that is a yoga mat, a door hanging pull-up bar, and four sets of dumbbells (20s, 25s, 30s and 35s, for example).

I think the people responsible are beyond shame. The only hope, and the reason these stories must be aired widely, is that the people who elected them remember what America stands for.
