As part of my job search I've been going back through old projects and I have to share the most cursed one: I tried to write a recap after every Detroit Red Wings game during the 2017-2018 season but only lasted like 29 games because that team was so painful to watch:

Maybe organizational transformation was always the wrong metaphor. Organizations don't move from "bad" to "good" and stay there. Left alone, they drift toward entropy -- confusion, bureaucracy, decay.
