These data descriptions feel mighty suspicious. Are they the same group of people? Why is one a rounded number with a +?
Is ICE claiming it's making arrests for non-immigration related activity in these numbers? Like what, "they robbed a store and only ICE knows" so go (warantless-ly) get them?
