WHY is this "6-Dimensions of Doctor Strange"? Well... as you can read all about it in my old blog post: https://sanctumsanctorumcomix.blogspot.com/2008/11/method-to-madness.html I collect anything that falls within the realm of Doctor Strange; 6-degrees of separation,so to speak. MAN-THING, GHOST RIDER, WEREWOLF BY NIGHT, heck... even the fact that they, like Doc got a shot at a solo title through the try-out auspices of MARVEL PREMIERE, all would lead to their being eligible. Still. I was collecting MAN-THING even BEFORE I discovered Doctor Strange, so while he fits the "6-Dimensions" parameters, he's "grandfathered" in. MARVEL PREMIERE #28 Art by: Nick Cardy and Irv Watanabe featuring THE LEGION OF MONSTERS MAN-THING, GHOST RIDER, WEREWOLF BY NIGHT. and MORBIUS the Living Vampire! Sadly, this didn't lead to an ongoing title, but the "Legion" have been referenced and brought back together on numerous occasions, sometimes with a slightly different roster, or with a different "team" name (like the Howling Commandos).

Black bears (on my deck, live on my property)

Raccoons (on deck, live on property)

Porcupine (live on property)

Fox (encroaching border of property)

Coyote (encroaching property)

Deer, Turkey, Skunk, Possum, Vole, etc...all in my yard
One of the bear who frequent our deck and yard. A few of the deer, and turkey, (and cats) that live on our property At one time, we counted and there were 50 deer and 100 turkey (we used to put deer corn out everywhere back when I had a really good job) One of the Possum that frequent our deck and yard (live in the trees and hang around on our roof) Possum are ADORABLE One of the many raccoons that live in our trees frequent our deck; individuals, and families (mothers with cubs). They're comfortable here so come out at any time, day or night (mostly night, but start coming around before dusk, and will hang around after sunrise).

DOCTOR STRANGE would be located just below what is visible. Looking closely at the image, it seems like it MIGHT be a re-creation of the comic page. I say this only because there's a ringed planet, like SATURN, in Eternity's left leg, and it doesn't QUITE match what's on the printed page. The comic page Saturn is more basic, while this photo has a Saturn that seems to have better perspective, BUT also touches the edge of Eternity's leg, where the comic one doesn't. A page from STRANGE TALES #146 by Steve Ditko. Look at that Saturn planet in Eternity's left leg. It doesn't quite match the one in the photo of Barry Miles bookstore. STRANGE TALES #146 Steve Ditko's final issue. Which featured the "death" of DORMAMMU & ETERNITY Spoilers: they both survived.

After my Brooklyn trip was aborted yesterday, I was sure they were going to try to send me out today - on the worst travel day!

So, I wore THIS shirt, with the most "menacing" Doc I could find.

A note to tshirt printers... try to use the setting where it takes black (you can sample the tone/shade/color you want to select, but black is for a reason...) and have it use the SHIRT as the black. That way, it's a good black, and not that weird off-black you see in his background. I know the shades are probably inconsistent, and that makes it harder but it's worth the effort to do it well. Anyway if you like Tony Salmons, there's a charming DOCTOR STRANGE story in issue #64, written by Ann Nocenti.

It's basically "what if Doc went to visit an aged Salvador Dali?"

He also contributed a pinup to Doctor Strange Classics #2.

I spoke with a comic retailer friend of mine & asked him to look up Diamond order number SEP228930, the order number for: Doctor Strange: Fall Sunrise #1 (2nd Print) variant cover.

It was Canceled.

Probably not enough orders.
Marvel doesn't solicit variants properly.

A damn shame. 😕

Sean Dolan (the lad who transforms into BLOODWRAITH) was introduced in issue #2 of the 1990 BLACK KNIGHT 4-issue miniseries.

He featured prominently in the series.

Then, AVENGERS ANNUAL 22, when he becomes BLOODWRAITH.

And, while I know THIS isn't canon, DOCTOR STRANGE already sent Captain America and Spider-man to 1776 to make sure the United States of America, as a nation is created.

Not only that... but Doc has met Benjamin Franklin in MODERN times (well...Ben's GHOST anyway).

And even acknowledging that Franklin slept with Clea in the past!

Is the Marvel 1776 miniseries supposed to be canon?

Because, in it, the astral form of Benjamin Franklin is sent to speak with Doctor Strange...and neither of them seem to acknowledge that they KNOW each other.

I can see maybe it's an alt Franklin, but Doc definitely has met him a few times!

Oh, I wasn't giving a critique.
Merely stating that was all I had read of his.

Although, his style can be a bit much. I HAD to read Acid Test because Doctor Strange is "in" it.
I really DID like it to!

I bought Tangerine Baby purely because Doc calls him that when they meet (again).
