Yep. I may or may not have bought a staff at faire so I could take some weight off the very sore ankle in a way that my mother would not immediately clock meant there was a problem...

That said, having tried other silicone molds, they hold shape well and have enough stiffness that they're not terrible to move around before they're frozen - all plusses you don't realize are needed until you've tried to wrangle a silicone mold that doesn't have them.

(Currently solving that issue by popping them out once they're frozen and wrapping in foil in a gallon ziploc so they're easier to store en masse.)

I have two of them, one 1/4c and one 1/2c. I think it's gonna be a ymmv situation. For me, for what I'm using them for - storing poblano peppers - they're pretty decent but come with a "ok, once it's frozen, now what, because I don't have room for multiple of these molds" issue.

Gotta watch those cold meds. That's how I ended up finding out hours later that the choice I made over the phone to the GM killed one of the other PCs in the game. Lol
