I travel through airports with bicycle reflectors on luggage that say "City of Vancouver". This trip to Ottawa is first time people have stopped me in the airports to say exactly what they think about City Hall, the management & the direction the City is going. None of it was kind. It was angry.

Take a look at historic & picturesque town of Brockville Ontario on St. Lawrence River-2 lanes on Main Street, flexible parking and really wide broom finished sidewalks, with lots of small shops with articulated facades. In an hour this space will be bustling with locals walking, talking & shopping.

Hello from the West Coast! #swissylife

In between the rains,got a chance to walk on the beach and there were absolutely no tourists.

I am housesitting for friends who received an opened envelope that took 3 months to arrive from California. Someone in post office in California thought BC which stands for British Columbia meant Tortola British Virgin Islands. So after this envelope’s 6000 km trip,I learned that “missent”is a word.

At Vancouver City Hall puppies too ill in City Pound came home with city staff.I fostered a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog puppy & started a lifelong interest! I train, hike, do obedience & compete internationally in open draft events with Swissy Omar from Zurich. I will post more of Omar's adventures.
