It seems like Americans forget scandals and crises two or three days after they hit the front page of some news channel. Does anyone actually know how people are coping?

Sometimes I’m shocked at the lack of source criticism in the US. It feels like«everyone»just believes whatever they see or hear without checking credible sources first. Whatever happened to the simple wisdom Don’t believe everything you see or hear? Common sense seems to have vanished. Unbelievable.
