In a 6-3 vote on Trump v. CASA, the MAGA Supreme Court ruled to narrow the scope of nationwide injunctions, limiting lower courts’ ability to broadly protect us against Trump’s onslaught of illegal and unconstitutional actions. 🧵
This outrageous Supreme Court decision is another reminder that the courts won’t save us. Today’s ruling from the MAGA SCOTUS is all the more reason why Democrats in Congress must fight like hell to block Trump’s policies from being enacted and gum up the works as much as possible.

We are facing a serious threat to democracy, law, and liberty. The abuse of prosecutorial power to intimidate, investigate, and detain political opponents is upon us. It is a constitutional crisis. I will keep speaking out until public outrage overflows. I just hope it’s not too little, too late.

J. D. Vance has cited Andrew Jackson to justify the idea that a president can disobey the federal judiciary’s rulings. The historical record says no such thing.

Vance is either an ignoramus or a liar. I opt for both views of our deceitful Vice President.
