Samsung phones are made in Korea. iPhones are made in China. Before you even get to the Signal software, the phones themselves are a risk. Encryption doesn't matter if you can backdoor into a phone and just read everything.

Hey America- outsourcing the gulags doesn't make them any less death campy.

For his second act, can St. Patrick drive all the snakes out of Washington?

Politicians are not revolutionaries. Revolutions don't start with the people who have power. They start with the people who lack it. Where did this weird idea Americans have that politicians should be the resistance even come from? You are the change you want to see.

I have decided that the billionaire who died in the submarine is my favorite all time billionaire. At least when he thought the rules didn't apply to him, he got in a shoddy sub and let physics sort him out.

Give the artwork a look.
Today is my birthday and also day 19 of being in the hospital with a severe illness. I'm going to be greedy and wish for 2 things for my birthday: to have a full recovery, and for as many folks to see my artwork as possible today. 💚 Care to give this a repost to make that second wish come true?

It always amazes me that when the chips are down, how many people stand around waiting for a savior to fix things for them. If the last decade has proven anything at all, it's that we're all there is. It's us that's going to save this thing, or nobody is.

Pro tip: If you're a little wren, and you decide to break and enter into someone's house who just so happens to have two void cats living in it, possibly don't decide that the cat boxes are the perfect place to perch.

We went out to a party for one of my good friend's 50th birthday at the Fowling Warehouse in Indy last night- if you've never thrown footballs at bowling pins, you totally should. It was a lot of fun, and the place was great.

My best friend passed away peacefully at home last night, just 3 months after his 50th birthday, and just two weeks after mine. We became friends at age 8, and I don't really remember a time where our friendship wasn't one of the major pillars that held up my life. I will miss him always.

Within an hour of trying to set up #bluesky, I've already found myself involved in a good faith philosophical debate on the moral themes of JRR Tolkien in literature versus film adaptations, and it's clear that I have found my people. #buhbyex
