This yr, the team caught 32 different individual eastern quolls across a week of monitoring – the highest number seen in 5 yrs of monitoring!
There were also good numbers of spotted-tailed quolls & #Tasmaniandevils seen, making Silver Plains a real marsupial carnivore hotspot.

This picture was taken earlier when the Dogwood was in full bloom. An unusually high number of flowers this year - especially at a time when conditions have been so wet for so long - made me think the bush might be preparing to die.
