Short answer - they are starting south to north (so parcels A&B will see action first) and deconstruction is planned in other areas while A&B start. Ideally, we’ll start to see some of that next fall.

It was in the original discussion and evaluation. My understanding is that it is no longer part of the potential proposal. Confirm that with T&ES on the walk!
