I used to donate blood pretty regularly, but the last time I went the needle hit a nerve, I passed out and my left arm was sore for a month afterward.
Tips on how to get back out there again? Needles weren't a problem for me before the incident.

The time has come for my annual sinus/upper respiratory infection.
Started the day with an Advil severe cold and sinus OTC pill, a steamed towel over my whole face, and a medipot sinus rinse. I feel like shit, but it could be worse.
