I don’t do this lightly and it’s already taken 3 hours to type this much. With my surgery a week ago. I messed up. Long story short I need help & I have no one to help. So here goes nothing. My cats are my life. I have no idea how I’m going to feed them in about 2 weeks. I’m struggling staying out

💙📚🪐 I liked the morally grey MC. Some interesting side characters. It was slow until about 2/3 of the way through picking up to medium.
Overall it lacks depth that I can't place my finger on.
Maybe the 2nd book would make this story more complete.

📚💙🎧📚🪐 Picks up where the last book left off. I enjoyed seeing the MC make her bad decisions that might not lead to the best places. The romance was cute. Characters coming into their own was nice.
The ending wasn't a solid landing. It was still satisfying. Happy to have given this a read.

Perhaps not LBQT specific... have you tried checking out @bookspotlight.bsky.social? I've found a bunch of friendly folks to follow to keep my eyes on based on comments or reports from the account. Not sure if Indie authors is the group you are looking for or writing in general.

I'm a fan of committing to a vegan breakfast everyday that I work.
1. It helps me avoid overloading on the 'bad' cholesterol (buttered toast & cream in my coffee are a weakness)
2. It assists me with keeping my household stocked in some vegan options.

Denying people SS Disability would have additional downstream impacts given the current changes to SNAP & future Medicaid requirements. Don't tell me that's not a factor in this. Because it use to be at age 50 you didn't worry about working for SNAP. Now it's until 64. Disability is an exemption.

Employers are less inclined to hire folks at 50+ What on earth makes them think employers are going to want to hire someone at 50+ with additional restrictions due to health? Trying to get a desk job is a relatively competitive market. They usually have a better schedule, pay & benefits.
