That reminds me, at some point I need to write down a few recipes that I know are free from AI before they are contaminated. Wonder if there will be an up tick in vintage cookbook sales for that reason.

I like to clear out a few things in my home in Oct and early Nov. We have most of the birthdays in the fall plus the holiday season shortly after.

They can still get loans for nursing. The trouble is that the federal loans would be capped approx. to half the amount permitted for an approved 'professional' career. And if people fill in the gap with private loans, it will likely be higher interest rates with increased debt/repayment burdens.

Spending some time with family that live out of town. Otherwise reading, hoping to play a game or two, and if I can manage to convince myself to finally go get my hair trimmed. (It's been at least a year)

If you have the space for one, highly recommend getting a roaster you can sit on the counter top. Leaves the oven free to make other goodies. We have one with a rack that we can lift up the turkey about two hours before serving time to put in a load of root vegetables to cook in the turkey juice.
