Like fair enough if you're leveling it at a cross sectional study trying to prove casualty, that shouldn't have made it through peer review, but most of the time I don't see it used that way. I see it used by people who don't understand epidemiology or statistics who want something combative to say.

Israel is not a Jewish homeland. Look what they're doing on Yom Kippour! Having the IDF intercept peace boats full of food for starving children. It does not get more blatant. They cannot claim Israel is the Jewish homeland while they block aid for starving children on Yom Kippour.

I rarely defend Americans, but we shouldn't forget that American GenZ started the student protests in 2023, were beaten to a pulp by police, got thrown out of school, lost scholarships, had their degrees revoked, etc. An Egyptian friend of mine joked "those kids were Arab Springed" Funny but true.

I just remembered about radio taiso and I did the whole routine for the first time in years and honestly: it felt great? I thought it was so silly when I lived there but I was in my 20s and now I'm my 30s and... Yeah I get it now.
