I am not a huge fan of Omega in Wilds. Normal is a pushover with other people, but Savage is just a frenetic unceasing onslaught of bullshit. I get people were unhappy with Wilds' difficulty, but this doesn't feel very fun.

Pulled conventional deadlift at 385lbs for 3 today, and it kinda felt like my upper limit atm. Upper half of the hinge is strong as shit, but getting it there from the floor was more of an ordeal than I would've preferred. Gonna work on my foundation for the next few weeks to strengthen my erectors.
