The lack of transparency around end of season awards feels lazy at best & disingenuous.

The awards acknowledge individual achievement. I don’t understand why non playoff team players don’t get equal consideration.

Penalizing players for the outcome of the collective makes zero sense.

I never liked it because it’s rare that individuals are so evenly matched that a co- anything is warranted.

I think AS had a great year, but she wasn’t the best on her own team. And their best wasn’t better than A’ja.
