Well this was a chestnut mushroom, sweetcorn and miso risotto with a melted parmesan top.

May I recommend to anyone who still struggles to truly salt food.....
The salt pig, it's vast maw practically encourages you to use a big spoon to apply salt, try and get a pinch and end up with at least three pinches every time. It's a friend to all

I just walked 150km in 7 days and climbed over 4500 metres in total, that's a Matterhorn. Your body, that one you give so much shit to, and hate on all the time, can probably do all kinds of wonderful stuff like this, but we don't even try, because we are "not fit"
