This morning I was recovering from a vivid dream where somehow all my right hand fingers were severed clean at the knuckle, and then somehow shortly after, poorly reattached?? and then the rest of the dream was a goal of reaching hospital to have it "properly fixed" ???

Well, I'd like to share that while I still burn hard calories internally stressing about the state of all things that don't even pertain to me on the daily, at this point in this life I have discovered great peace and balance - at the cost of letting go of my personal expectations of other people.
