Did Homan allegedly accept 50K bribe or did he accept 50k? The difference is: they are either claiming he never took a bag of money and there is no video of that OR they are claiming he did nothing illegal/wrong? I'm guessing the latter, saying it was a legal gratuity under the new statutes ;-)
