Might be worth mentioning to your doctor. From experience, that kind of thing can get worse and it’s not always under your conscious control. People are surprised when they learn about my anxiety because I seem relaxed (because I am relaxed in my conscious mind). Body is a whole other story.

I think this might be a regional misunderstanding then. Where I’m from the PJ pants in public are a joke about someone who doesn’t care, but I think this lady does care but also does a great job making it look effortless.
