I get WHY game prices are increasing. Production costs are going up because players wants more out of games, and companies need to offset the cost.

At the same time, the cost of living continues to rise while wages stay the same. People can't afford to purchase $80-90 games every month. 🫠

i think its understandable why artists can churn out personal art quicker than comms sometimes, I mean if I get my own characters details wrong or its a bit inconsistent, its not gonna hurt anyone, but for a paid piece of work uh YEAH, there's real stakes in it now!

Unsolicited writing advice, no. 151:
You don't need to describe characters in detail as soon as you introduce them. We don't tend to notice things all at once: we notice one or two main features first, then maybe add details later. Your characters can do the same. Let them learn as they go along.

I'm a C6 Scara haver and I pulled Albedo with Uraku so they can be happy together Manifesting more canon events of them to feed my level of delulu. Thanks for having me! The sample art shows Scaramouche (with a sandwich) and Albedo (with a dango) eating outside. (it seems they are having a picnic.) The graphic has a green background. It has more info on one of the contributors in the scarabedo zine. The writing sample submitted by chushii says, Staying busy keeps his mind from wandering elsewhere. Kunikuzushi enjoys his rare off-days, but being productive gives him a sense of accomplishment. He’s waiting for news on his audition, which, from the way the director praised his performance then, he thinks he did really well on. Other than that, Kunikuzushi follows his gym routine, attends the small fanmeet Nahida scheduled for him (he does appreciate being able to greet his fans, even if a select few of them are very, very passionate) and gives his all with the rest of his acting jobs. After much deliberation, he decides to go to the party. Nahida is thrilled to hear it. In exchange, she books a nice limousine to take him to and from the venue. He did have one condition, though — Kunikuzushi asks if Venti could chaperone him. Since Xiao has a last minute excursion, he’s unable to go, which means it’s just the two of them attending. Nahida agrees almost instantly and Venti is more than happy to tag along. The hotel venue isn’t far from the studio. In fact, it’s a building he sees quite often, a mere three blocks away from Teyvat Enterprise’s main facility. He checks into the reception with Venti, and the staff direct them through the double doors leading to the main floor.
