2024 has been rocky, to say the least. I've scrambled from the start with anxiety and depression and just as I'd come out the other side managed a 2nd grade sprained ankle which miraculously didn't break.
next year, looking at 1 or 2 new jobs, full ankle recovery and more writing. keeping it simple.

Morrigan began, waaaay back, as a bit of Morgan le Fey (hence the Dark Ritual) mixed with Delirium from Sandman. The Delirium elements subsided into more of a weird cadence of speech as my idea of Morrigan solidified - more cynical, wanting to connect but unable to. 🧵

This needs a share. I'm not visibly disabled 13 years after my death because I spent every waking moment being terrified of being a waste of space until I could fake it well enough for people to think I was normal. My husband and I felt seen for the first time in a long time when we were watching.
This week's video is very important to me. I discuss Mouthwashing, and why it so uniquely horrified me as a disabled chronic pain sufferer. "I hope this hurts" indeed.

I should be starting writing again soon. Had to take a break to deal with my anxiety. Starting to recover but it's shaky ground, as it usually is. More renovation is happening and 3 more commissions are in the works for my DMC fanfic.
