This protocol enables the robust analysis of various bacterial species & paves the way for the development of MICROSEQ, a unique microbial single-cell RNA sequencing platform in Würzburg. T-cell activation involves not just one phase, but two. T-cell priming first activates many T-cells, then selects and expands the most effective ones. This finding was published today in @science.org.
