Spent the day at Bobs Big Timber Backyard Ultra. A fantastic race with great people.. Now it’s time to get my ankle surgery taken care of and recover for next year so I can get back to running farther ☺️

Nice stroll through Mohican State Park today. My favorite time of year for running trails. Slowly starting the build to next years race season!
