I used to read through the weekly capitol police reports of them harassing and arresting (mostly black) people over the most irrelevant bullshit like running stop signs and having weed.

It's interesting to see the national guard in DC becoming less disciplined as time goes on. Hopefully it's a sign they're going to start resisting their leadership, but I worry it means they're going to start being more violent towards civilians. Probably a bit of both. We'll see
