Now she's just got some goldish scars and full access to Azem's aether - but that was an EW thing. It was really really hard for her to reconcile Azem as part of herself. Aymeric dealt with a lot in the aftermath. She came back from the First pretty lost. #rinhcalore

Think early drk quests (Azem is her Esteem too, so). She suffers from bad nightmares and has trouble recapturing her sense of autonomy long after most the physical symptoms fade. Ardbert rejoining her aether was probably what saved her from being fully drowned in Azem's presence.

Rinh almost fell apart. She's a being of balance and two halves in careful suspension so the light imbalanced her terribly. Azem had to "let themself out" to give her enough power and create a sort of aether sink to keep her "stable." So her appearance changed but so did her personality
