New hip day for the teenage boy 😬
Out of office on for a few days and a slower pace to December planned. It’s been full on at work delivering training and recruiting and now it’s time to focus on my most important role as Mum. 16 year old has tests and procedures to make sure all is ready for his total hip replacement.

Today we celebrated one year of delivering The Oliver McGowan Mandatory training across Coventry and Warwickshire. We reflected on personal and team achievements and the impact the training has had. Thank you to everyone who made today a memorable one. #oliverscampaign @paulamcgowan007.bsky.social
