This bike locker is VERY overprovisioned for current demand. Even with cargo bikes blocking a dozen or more slots there is still plenty of room for conventional bikes to park.

However, if bike commuting continues to increase here, especially with more cargo bikes, I’ll suggest that option.

Unfortunately this bike locker was built many years ago and the racks only accommodate typical narrow tire diamond frame bicycles.

At least as of now, there’s enough space for cargo bikes to just park however they can fit.

Newly constructed bike rooms here include space for electric cargo bikes.

It might seem surprising if you are mostly familiar with the sprawling tracts of single family homes in southern San Jose. But the dense historic core has got some pretty good urbanism which has gotten much better in recent years.

Honest question: how are car drivers expected to learn about important updates to the traffic code, like this one? We have no requirements for continuing education nor periodic knowledge and/or skills recertification. Should we?

Another example from my life: i had always commuted by car. About three years ago, we moved to a new place roughly the same distance from work. Instead of just falling back in a routine car commute, instead I used the opportunity to switch to using an e-bike to commute.

Just this past week, I ran out of Cheerios and milk, my default breakfast, and I used the opportunity to try plain Greek yogurt, berries, and a sprinkle of granola for breakfast. It is just as convenient, arguably healthier, and to me, it is just as tasty and satisfying.

I have configured the button to toggle VoiceOver (the screen reader). I am not visually impaired, but as an iOS developer, I am comfortable using the screen reader to interact with my phone.

I use the Action Button a few times a week to read articles in situations where I can’t look at the phone.
