Happy feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe! 🌹

Catholic friends, did you know that you can venerate the tilma of St. Juan Diego in the U.S.??

I write about it here: www.oursundayvisitor.com/how-to-vener...
How to venerate St. Juan Diego's tilma in the U.S.
Only one cathedral in the world is known to house an authentic fragment of St. Juan Diego’s tilma.

I really enjoyed preaching today on Mary as the Theotokos, God-bearer, Mother of God.

Some may find this surprising—as if Word of Life is an “evangelical” church.

But we’ve never been “evangelical.”

In the beginning we were just Jesus freaks. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Today we’re, if anything, rock and roll Anglican. 😎

Christians are to persuade by love, witness, Spirit, reason, rhetoric, and, if need be, by martyrdom; but never by force.

The church does not need, should not have, and must not covet the sword of Caesar.

The more our religion relies on having the "right" ruler in power, the weaker our god is.
