Back in Ireland now and spent a few days catching up with friends in Dublin. Been really good to spend some quality time with people who know me well, and unknowingly at the time, remind me of who I am in the process. Feeling really good about life lately, a very welcome feeling.

Long day ahead; flying from Dublin to Heathrow, then on to Seattle for almost 3 weeks.
But then getting up tomorrow to fly to San Francisco for the weekend, because why not.
I’m gonna see a lot of planes over the next 48 hours 😅✈️

Tomorrow marks my 37th birthday and the 6-week checkpoint of some personal goals and projects; financial, fitness/health, spiritual, emotional, and creative. Feels like a longer kind of New Year, New Me kind of moment, but with more weight than just the new year. Here’s a little teaser.

Catching up with @apathist.bsky.social and after giving out about #Section31’s awful Oirish accent and must say I’m hugely impressed with not only what @seanferrick.bsky.social has achieved but also the dialogue and interviewing some of the cast. Major kudos deserved. #StarTrek

Cute moment of the day; at almost 37 years old, my dad rushes to give me a packed lunch before I make my way back to Cork after a few days at home in Dublin. I know I’m gonna look back at this one day when they’re not around and be grateful for things like this. Very lucky.

It’s a month since my last New Moon spell and alongside some other practices like journaling & shadow work, I’ve noticed so much inner change lately. With tonight’s 🌑 in ♒️ (my own sign) it provides a more potent opportunity to reinforce my desire to let go of the past & toxic energies. #witchsky

I am so disappointed in Star Trek. It makes no sense for a South African actor to do this outdated “Oirish” accent instead of his own.
Couldn’t even finish the movie.

Was off social media for ~25 days and it’s been a great way to detox and gain perspective on online behaviours and habits. Unfollowed close to 2,000 Instahunks on IG, also deactivated Threads and uninstalled FB & Messenger. Glad NYE was a good opportunity to reset myself, in more ways than one.
