That is very interesting… The ‘second stage’ of learning is potentially more important so supporting implementation must be important but if they haven’t rehearsed it with feedback will they implement well? Probably depends on the step you’re right and perhaps quality of modelling and analysis?

Good intentions fade...

After rehearsal, help coachees make an *execution plan*: a highly specific plan to implement the step!

Behaviour change is devilishly difficult - make a plan to make it happen!
