You can't just point to some blanket policy, because you're missing the entire point of moderation. If it was easy, we could let the bots do it. We know that bad actors will always seek to weaponize the rules. That is precisely why we need human judgment to weed that out. There is no magic.

Through the years, he has sold out time and time again.

There will be lawsuits. Some won’t make it past §230, but ones that are claiming comments sank their multimillion house sale will try to subpoena user information which *will* be handed over.
This is one form of value extraction that hurt genuine online community efforts.
