Scorpions. “The Sails of Charon.” 1977. I think enough time has passed now where we can declare this the greatest ever *intro* guitar solo. His name is Uli Jon Roth. He didn’t make the Top 250 Guitarists in Rolling Stone magazine but that’s ok. IYKYK. 🦂
