On 12 May 24 I weighed 20st 0.4lb (127.19kg) my BMI 42
And on 30 January 11 I weighed 19st 11.61lb (125.92kg) BMI 41.6…
I got down to 11st 3.52lb (71.45kg) on November 30th and 12 BMI 23.6
Today I am 10st 13.8lb (69.76kg) BMI 23. Lowest I have been as an adult.

It was 42 last May. Which despite the wonderful Douglas Adams, is not a good BMI. This is better.
