#selfsatisfiedweightlossupdate 10 stone 5.9lb, down from 20 stone 0.4lb in May 2024! BMI 21.9. Lightest I have ever been by 8.5lb. Goal achieved and slightly overshot.

It was 42 last May. Which despite the wonderful Douglas Adams, is not a good BMI. This is better.

I am now 12 stone 12.9lb, down 7 stone 1.5lb from May 12th last year.
