They do at the Urban Bike park.

Definitely not the case at Middleton Urban Bike Park or Otley Chevin where the charges have been brought in. Plus the council borrowed a substantial amount to install the systems with the risk it wont save any money.

✅ The end to Car Parking charges in our parks.
✅ An end to the attack on Crown Green Bowls by reversing the closure threat.

In some parks that maybe an issue, in those cases a maximum stay would solve the issue. Pretty sure most parks aren’t full of commuters.

DEI isn’t particularly the issue, the insane cost of it is. Ironically, most of the DEI staff are actually White.
