I work in this field too and I really really really want to know the plan for dealing with the acute workforce crisis in the care economy. You can't make it more accessible with the status of the labor force right now. I'd love to hear the plan for improving career recruitment, retention, pay, etc

Brain development damage from insecure attachment in early infancy (honestly, through age 5) has LIFELONG consequences on cognition, emotional well-being, socialization, learning...it's deeply fucked up to disrupt mamas and little ones.

People w his type of personality disorder never feel empathy. They can learn to sort of understand what it is through intensive cognitive behavioral therapy, but they don't "feel" it inside. So, he was basically born w/o a soul, care, kindness, or any ability to connect with other humans.
