Skating into the Light - a Solstice Mandala #collage #mandala #solstice
An old fashioned woman is ice skating in the middle of the mandala. She’s wearing long black ruffled petticoats and skirt, along with a fur trimmed cape, muff and black hat with a red flower. She separates the dark and light rings on either side as she skates towards the light. On the dark side 3 half rings of grays, bark texture and dark pine trees on a mountain side. On the light side, 3 half rings of blue with snow texture, more snow and silver glitter with a small pink poinsettia.

A new environment and Friend for a lonely Dog and Cardinal. #collage #artjournal

Dreaming of Butterflies at Christmastime Monday Mandala #collage #mandala
A red circle with a homemade felt Christmas tree design is at the center of this Mandala. A tribute to our last flower that kept blooming near the house. After some heavy frost and snow, she has now gone the way of all flowers at this time of year. #collage

On Page 1 of this two page art journal collage, we can see half of the wreath that’s at the center. A group of bottle brush trees in fall colors are at the bottom of the wreath.
