I've been trying to get this issue on the radar of my local association (I'm a Realtor/writer) to no avail. So many agents are using it, our MLS is forcing AI tools onto agents, and most of them shrug it off because they say it's inevitable. A lot of people are going to find their asses bitten.

I don't think that will be the median voter sentiment but it will definitely be the median pundit sentiment.
