Some of you might know I'm trying to learn Spanish. My teacher says that keeping a journal is a good idea. Having to write stuff down helps with memory and recall.

As a lazy alternative I've decided to use Bluesky for this. If you speak Spanish or are learning, feel free to follow @es.seand.me.uk

Panel 1- A small child is being told "You'll want kids when you're older!" The child responds with "I don't think so..."

Panel 2- The same child, now a teenager, is being told, "You'll change your mind when you're older." To which the teen responds, "I doubt that"

Panel 3- Now an adult, someone off screen asks them, "Aren't you thinking of having kids?" To which they respond, "Nope"

Panel 4- The same person, an older adult now, is being told, "better have kids soon, or it'll be too late!" to which they respond, "That's fine"

Panel 5- Now elderly, they are once again asked "Don't you feel like you missed out?" to which they say, "Still nope."

Panel 6- They are now in their death bed, clearly close to death. The nurse says, "Shame you didn't have kids, don't you regret it?" To which the person says "You know what just kill me already"

Or many of the other horrible things that are going on in the world. Obviously this is a horrible issue that needs resolved, but I'm always amazed how passionate people are about it while being ambivalent about other genocide-like behaviour going on the world.

Watching the traitors for the first time. They talk about people being murdered in the introduction. Considering some of the contestants, I can understand the motivation, but I'm not sure it is completely ethical.

Yeah. She fills out another AI form. And I get another text saying it may take days. Something that used to take minutes now takes days.

AI is supposed to improve efficiency? My ass. It’s just making some people very rich and destroying the NHS. Their goal, I guess 🤬
