I have only a few words for the government of california in this time, cut. Off. Federal. Funding. California makes up tons of federal funds and if they stop paying, there’s no money to make up for it

I wish I could have the same bravery as some of these New Jerseyans, the ability to want something so badly but not want to pay for it is astonishing, complaining the njtransit trains are delayed but not wanting to pay for penn station capacity improvements

People continue to amaze me, people are complaining that West Seattle Link costs too much but that they’re not getting paid enough for their property (never mind the fact that relocation offers are often generous)

Another thing I love about WTA is that they have usually 2 or 3 buses on standby at Bellingham station so if a bus needs to be taken out for whatever reason it has minimal disruption

I think the WTA exemplifies how easy and natural it is to build transit if you structure your cities right, buses come through the WWU campus usually every 5-10 minutes during the day and they still manage to be standing room only a lot due to just how useful it is
